Infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights can result in liability to pay monetary damages to Ausgrid. It can also be a criminal offence to copy or deal commercially with infringing copies of the Software.

The Software is issued and provided to you by Ausgrid and may be used only on the condition Ausgrid disclaims all liability (including liability in negligence) for all claims, losses, damages, expenses and costs a person may suffer or incur arising out of or relating to the use of the Software for any purpose, including liability arising out of any incorrectness or incompleteness of the Software, or any interpretation of or clarification or revision of the Software by Ausgrid, except to the extent that disclaiming such liability is unlawful.
