The test data I used that yielded the incorrect outputs was: Span L1: 115 Support Angle 1: -17 Conductor Angle 1:-22 Span L2: 125 Support Angle 2: 0 Conductor Angle 2:-6 Conductor 7/4.50 (Al) Height change: 1 Tag line angle: 0 VF = 25%: 111 VF = 25%: 189 SAG 2 (I): 3.3 SAG 2 (F): 1.7 -- or -- Span l1: 115 Support Angle 1: 5 Sag 1: 2.9 Span L2: 110 Support Angle 2: 4 Sag 2: 2.7 Line Angle: 0 Conductor: 19/3.0 (Cu) Height change: 0 Tag Line: 0 VF+25%: 36.2 Tension: 680 As far as testing and roll out - We (spoke to Steve) would like to roll out onto all OH tablets (of whichever profiles will see Live LIne), and call it "Program under test: new live line tension calculator" (as the last item on the list). It's important we write a warning somewhere that says that the results may be incorrect, and it's currently undergoing testing . This way, most people will still use the existing programs. But the people we ask will be able to find the new program, and test it within a time frame, and we'll provide feedback afterwards. Once everyone is happy, we can remove the 'old' programs, and get the new one in poll position.
