- On the reporting tab, when we choose managers, the claimant list should only contain claimaints who have filed with that manager
- X button the editTimeDetail modal needs to either go away, or needs to redirect to the screen before that one
- Autocomplete for manager redirection on backend renders under the modal content
- Need to add the ability to upload a payroll export that marks entries as paid (basically the ProcessPaidEntries but web access)
