LeAnn will be some kind of admin that can do a sanity check on all submissions made and then forwards the request to Steve or Darin (the people who go to the users, take their old phones, copy the data over, and give them the physical new phone). In some situations, she just rings up Telstra, gives them an ID and then puts it in an envelope and mails it to the employee.  iPhones and e72’s have client software and training, so certain devices will require Darin/Steve and some devices will not.  Ones that do not, LeAnn will handle alone.  Ones that do, Darin/Steve will have to be notified of approvals and then do some kind of special handling on them.
