- A level 3 manager who is authorised to get a new iPhone cannot place the item on his own.  If he does so, he must go one level above.  Basically if a level 3 who could approve his subordinates requests requests something that he can approve, it must be approved by his manager.
- Mick Tyler must be a level 1 person
- Need step editing to be smarter.  For example, if you select "MMS" and "Data" then select 1GB and go back and uncheck MMS, then the data package gets cleared.
	- 10 MIN MAX -- Hard code it for now (specific to Services / Data Access).  Eventually will be differential revalidation based on what subforms become invalidated (will then expand with error messages)
- Need to hide the Mobile Number section for now
- WAIT Mobile Number / New Connection / so on need to be rearranged to match the word document form more
	- Basically Section 3 of the form needs to match that part
	- Leave description in "Mobile Number" but change title to "New Connection"
